Transit Times and Shipping Methods:

We Ship FOB Origin

Depending on the size and weight of the order, we may ship orders through common carriers such as UPS and FedEx or freight trucking companies. All shipment transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. If you require expedited shipping, please call us so that we can be sure to accommodate your requested delivery date. 1-800-476-5427. All shipments are shipped FOB Origin.

Shipping Quotes:

Shipping is quoted for standard ground or dock to dock freight shipping to the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you require additional services such as lift-gate service, inside delivery, delivery appointment service, limited access service or expedited delivery, please call us for a custom shipping quote.


Freight or LTL Deliveries: We have a dedicated quality control team that inspects all orders for before they leave the warehouse. On rare occasion, merchandise is damaged during transit. Please inspect all merchandise before you sign for it. DO NOT LET THE DRIVER RUSH YOU. We can not be liable for merchandise if you or the parties you authorize to receive it sign for it in good condition. Your responsibility as a consignee is to inspect your shipment BEFORE you sign the bill of lading or delivery receipt. If there is damage, refuse the merchandise and mark the reason on the Bill of Lading and contact Learner Supply at 1-800-476-5427.

Common Carrier (UPS / FedEx): If merchandise delivered by UPS or FedEx arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt if you accept the merchandise and call us right away for further instruction. 1-800-476-5427. DO NOT dispose of damaged merchandise or packaging. Damages must be reported within 10 Days of delivery.
